It’s arguably the best time of year in the Mary Valley and its certainly a time when local veggie gardens are abundant! To celebrate the season, and Forage Gympie month, join us for a long table lunch featuring the produce from several local chemical free and certified organic farms.

Rolled stuffed Forage pork belly, potato gratin, seasonal veg

Dessert

Rosemary and sesame panacotta, seasonal fruit
Warm zabaglione, house biscotti
