A BALANCED INDULGENCE with Penny Maguire – Tuesday 12th May

Eat well to Live well – that’s the premise of Penny Maguire’s cooking. Utilising organic, seasonal ingredients to make delicious meals that make you want to come home to eat.

With a focus on healthy eating, Penny will share some recipes and tips and provide nutritional information which will empower you on a healthy food journey. For the last 4 years Penny has been preparing food and providing nutritional support for guests at Kin Kin’s Living Valley Health Retreat, in collaboration with the Retreat’s Naturopaths. Today’s session will focus on a duck confit with side dishes, and a healthy ‘chocolate’ brownie.
