BUSHFOOD MASTERCLASS with Peter Wolfe – Tuesday 26th May

Join Peter to prepare five delicious dishes using native ingredients. Many of these will be ingredients which cannot be purchased but must be foraged in the wild, including fruits, nuts, herbs, vegetables, native meat and seafood.

This bushfood masterclass will give you an opportunity to learn about some of the indigenousfoods found in this area and how to turn them into the delicious dishes we will then share for lunch. A truly memorable experience.

 

 

Peter Wolfe from Cedar Creek Bush Foods, has worked as both a farmer and a chef. Peter is known for his adventurous passion for using local produce and travels the world sampling local cuisines that inspire his cooking journey. Back at home Peter loves to utilise bush tucker ingredients in his cooking to create true cultural fusion. Peter advocates nose to tail eating and lets no parts of an animal go to waste. While challenging for some initially, Peter has the talent to present less favored ingredients in interesting and tasty ways.
