FROM TAPAS TO MEZZE with Matt Golinski – 2 sessions to choose from Tuesday 5th May & Tuesday 19th May

Prepare & cook a selection of first courses from the Mediterranean using Mary Valley Produce. Matt will take you on a food journey where you’ll get to learn from the best. This session is followed by lunch with Matt, where you’ll get to enjoy some tasty Mediterranean dishes.

Best of all, you get to take away new skills that are sure to impress your friends.

About Matt Golinski:

 

MATT GOLINSKI  is a highly regarded professional chef with a passion for creating cuisine with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.

Matt’s love of food started at an early age. Growing up on a tropical fruit farm on the Sunshine Coast surrounded by fresh produce has influenced his style of cooking throughout his entire career. By the age of 12, he had decided he wanted to be a chef, and 31 years later his passion for the industry he loves only continues to grow by the day.
