A truly memorable experience. \n  \n \n  \nPeter Wolfe from Cedar Creek Bush Foods\, has worked as both a farmer and a chef. Peter is known for his adventurous passion for using local produce and travels the world sampling local cuisines that inspire his cooking journey. Back at home Peter loves to utilise bush tucker ingredients in his cooking to create true cultural fusion. Peter advocates nose to tail eating and lets no parts of an animal go to waste. While challenging for some initially\, Peter has the talent to present less favored ingredients in interesting and tasty ways.
