SUMMARY:GourMAY 2026 Masterclass with Peter Wolfe May 26
DESCRIPTION:BUSHFOOD MASTERCLASS with Peter Wolfe – Tuesday 26th May \nJoin Peter to prepare five delicious dishes using native ingredients. Many of these will be ingredients which cannot be purchased but must be foraged in the wild\, including fruits\, nuts\, herbs\, vegetables\, native meat and seafood. \nThis bushfood masterclass will give you an opportunity to learn about some of the indigenousfoods found in this area and how to turn them into the delicious dishes we will then share for lunch. A truly memorable experience. \n  \n \n  \nPeter Wolfe from Cedar Creek Bush Foods\, has worked as both a farmer and a chef. Peter is known for his adventurous passion for using local produce and travels the world sampling local cuisines that inspire his cooking journey. Back at home Peter loves to utilise bush tucker ingredients in his cooking to create true cultural fusion. Peter advocates nose to tail eating and lets no parts of an animal go to waste. While challenging for some initially\, Peter has the talent to present less favored ingredients in interesting and tasty ways.

SUMMARY:Season Starter Session - get ready for SUMMER
DESCRIPTION:Regenerating your plot\, big or small\, while getting poison out of the food chain and building natural capital is all doable but requires a proactive approach to land management. But what do you do and when do you do it? Our Season Starter Sessions are a “nuts & bolts” approach to becoming proactive and avoiding the common issues faced by many producers- poor soil\, nutrition gaps (for humans and animals)\, parasite & pest burdens\, land degradation\, unhealthy water systems and an underperforming food production system. \nReactive management limits your ability to get off the chemical train. It also leads to overwhelm and missed opportunities. Our role in the Season Starters is to help you get in the driver’s seat for your farm\, garden or plot – season by season and year by year. Deal with the issues before they even become issues. \nTopics covered each session include – \n\nThe fundamentals of Regenerative Agriculture – practically\nSeasonal activities for land management to build soil health\nSeasonal activities for animal management – integrating livestock\, nutrition\, marketing\, breeding\nWhat to plant and jobs to do in your home veg garden\nWorking with nature rather than fighting\n\nWith guest speakers as well as drawing on our own decade plus of experience producing certified organic beef while still regenerating our landscape in the high-parasite\, sub-tropical Mary Valley region. \n  \nRemaining 2025 Dates \nSaturday November 8th 9:30am – 12:30pm PREPARING FOR SUMMER \nCost is $85 per session \n  \n \n
