SUMMARY:Seasonal Long Table Lunch with Matt Golinski - celebrating SUMMER
DESCRIPTION:What’s the most delicious thing to eat on the 22nd February 2025? To find out you’d better join us and local food legend Matt Golinski for a seasonal long table lunch. There is no pretense with Matt\, just a passion for food prepared from the freshest local ingredients grown by his farmer friends. One of the most memorable things about Matt’s lunches (apart from the food!) is the time he takes to explain the menu\, the ingredients and the farmers that produced them. You can’t help but be inspired by Matt’s creativity and sensitivity with food and you” leave with an appreciation of just how much good food comes out of the Mary Valley and surrounding region. This is not lunch for the sake of it\, this is lunch to connect you to the local landscape and the people who farm here. \nServed like a family meal on long tables this is an experience to enjoy real food and the magic that happens when good people come together to eat.  You’ll be joining our Seasonal Starter Workshop participants\, who are expanding their knowledge on growing food organically\, with this meal culminating their autumn preparation workshop with us at the Farm Store. \nYou never leave hungry when Matt’s cooking – are you ready for a culinary adventure? Spots are limited so book now to secure your spot. \nCost is $85 pp plus Humanitix booking fee. This includes all courses.
