This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction, and supplying of information to Law Enforcement agencies.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts sensitive financial information you input during the ordering process. 

Children

We generally do not sell products for purchase by children, as we require credit card details or an account. If you are under 18, you may use our site but we reserve the right not to accept your order if we believe that to sell to you is against the law, you do not have legitimate authority to authorise a purchase, you do not have the means to purchase or pay, that our products may be used inappropriately, or our products could cause harm. 

What choices do I have?

You can always choose not to provide information by not completing web forms and turning your cookies off.

Shipping

The Kandanga Farm Store website currently only ships orders within Australia. If you are an international customer please use the contact us form and we will examine whether we can organise shipment to your location.

Shipping Cost

KFS use Australia Post for all deliveries except very large orders. 

Delivery Time Frames

Your package may be shipped from Kandanga in the Mary Valley, QLD or from a third party warehouse. Once we receive payment, the order is processed and usually dispatched within two business days. If there is a delay you will be notified. The estimated delivery timeframe is 5-10 days. 

Order Tracking

Depending on freight option used, tracking may be available - for example Australia Post E-tracking. 

Some products available on our website are for in store collection only. This is for items such as, but not limited to, wire fencing, feed and supplements. We try to make this clear in the item description. We are often able to quote freight on pallet buys so please contact us for more details. 

At times we will offer some of our items freight free - this will be displayed within each included item's details.

Freight charges will be displayed on the invoice and by committing to purchase you are accepting the associated freight and handling charges. If additional freight is applicable and this possibility is noted in the items description we will contact you for additional payment. If you do not want to pay the additional freight charge we will refund your payment and cancel the order. 

If you choose to pay on pick-up, freight will not be charged.

Returns and Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, please follow the below procedure:

Complete the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page and advise us via email or phone.

Please do not send returns before requesting it and receiving an RA number.

Notification of a faulty item on delivery must be reported within 7 days of your delivery. After this period, any faulty item will be subject to that manufacturers warranty procedures and time frame. This differs between manufacturers. (Please contact us for further details. Please note, we are bound by the decisions made by the manufacturer and/or distributor of the product. The staff at Kandanga Farm Store do not make the decisions on whether a fault is covered under warranty).

Any product that is faulty on delivery will be replaced. If we cannot replace the item, we offer you the choice of a refund, store credit or a suitable substitute.

Photographic proof is generally satisfactory evidence to support a claim for a faulty product. If it is not possible to provide photographic proof of the fault, you will be required to return the product to us.

After you have received your RA number you will be responsible for shipping the product to us (unless it was faulty on delivery). However, Kandanga Farm Store will cover the postage of the replacement for a faulty product.

Please note:

We DO NOT accept returns unless we have issued an RA number

After we receive a returned item (not faulty) we will refund your payment. The cost of returning the item to us will be your responsibility. The item must be returned with its original packaging and in saleable (as new) condition.

Items discounted or on sale cannot be returned for exchange or refund because you have changed your mind. We will only accept these returns if the product was not as advertised or was faulty.

Please note that custom orders (for example NLIS tags and printed management tags) are not returnable.
